HRH, Heart Association sponsor 4th Annual Go Red Demolition Derby at Fair

Holy Rosary Healthcare and the American Heart Association are partnering for the 4th Annual "Go Red for Heart Health" Demolition Derby at the Eastern Montana Fair in Miles City on Sunday, August 28 at 1pm.
Heart disease is a prevalent health issue in eastern Montana. Heart disease is the leading killer in the U.S., taking as many lives as the next 7 diseases combined. A recent survey reported that nearly 86 percent of Miles City adults had one or more risk factors for heart disease. The American Heart Association reports that 70% of Americans have some form of heart disease
The "Go Red" theme focuses on raising the awareness of heart disease with the thousands of fans at the Demolition Derby. Three main activities are planned:
- Derby goers are encouraged to wear red in support of eastern Montana heart health
- Kids will receive a free helium balloons and temporary tattoos.
- The "King of Hearts" will be using the Holy Rosary t-shirt cannon to shoot Go Red! t-shirts into the crowd throughout the afternoon.
