Holy Rosary Healthcare has selected an experienced healthcare professional to lead the Extended Care living community at Holy Rosary. Mary Weimer, RN, BSN, MHA, with over 30 years of healthcare experience brings an impressive and diverse background to her new role.
Weimer has been with Holy Rosary since 1989 in leadership, case management, education, disaster preparedness and direct patient care positions. She has worked in several other rural hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, and has been an educator with Miles Community College during her accomplished career.
She initially earned a diploma in nursing from St. Patrick School of Nursing and her bachelors of nursing from Montana State University. After attaining a master's degree in health care administration from Montana State University-Billings, Weimer became a licensed nursing home administrator for the State of Montana. She has served as interim administrator for the Extended Care living community at Holy Rosary since September.
"We're pleased to have someone with Mary's experience, knowledge, work ethic, and approach to continue enhancing the living community for our residents," said Paul Lewis, CEO, Holy Rosary Healthcare. "We have an excellent team of committed associates in the extended care, and Mary will fit in very well as their leader."
