PR MEDICAL CLINIC PLANS INVITES COMMUNITY TO EVENT MARCH 13
March 01, 2013
Powder River Medical Clinic and Holy Rosary Healthcare invite local community members to a Community Appreciation event Wednesday, March 13, 5:30-7:30pm, at the Broadus Community Center. Light refreshments will be served.
Kim Studiner, PA, and Bob Denning, PA, who have been providing care at Powder River Medical Clinic since February 4, will be in attendance so people can meet and visit with them. Additionally, leaders from Holy Rosary will be on-hand to meet with residents and address questions.
"Holy Rosary has a vested interest in Powder River County as we operate the clinic, provide the medical directorship at the Manor, and care for many patients from this area at our facility in Miles City," said Paul Lewis, CEO, Holy Rosary Healthcare.
The changes made to the Clinic have been in place for a little over a month. Positive comments have been received about Kim and Bob and the care they are providing the community.
Holy Rosary Healthcare has operated the Powder River Medical Clinic. Over the past several years, Holy Rosary has invested a lot in the clinic including electronic medical records, staff training, implementation of new standards and best practices, and new equipment and supplies. Dr. Hostetter was brought on as the medical director which has been extremely beneficial.
"We're committed to sustaining healthcare services in the community and working to ensure accessibility to quality care that meets local needs," concluded Lewis.
Patients can schedule appointments at the clinic by calling 436-2651. In case of emergency residents will continue calling 911.
