HRH Foundation Adds 10 Children's Dental Dates
February 17, 2014
Holy Rosary Healthcare Foundation has added 10 children's dental clinic dates in 2014. Through an expanded relationship with the St. Vincent Healthcare Ronald McDonald Care Mobile (RMCM), the HRH Foundation will offer expanded access to needed care for children in need up to the age of 18. The RMCM will be at Holy Rosary Healthcare to offer dental care to children during the following 2014 dates: April 14, 15; May 19, 20; July 21, 22; August 18, 19; and October 20, 21.
A "pediatric clinic on wheels," RMCM is on a mission to provide free dental care to children in central and eastern Montana. Traveling with a team of skilled dentists and hygienists, the RMCM offers not only dental exams, but preventative and restorative care as well. For improved accessibility, the RMCM features two examination rooms and a wheelchair lift. Priority is granted to children with no health insurance, however services will be provided regardless of one's ability to pay.
Holy Rosary Healthcare Foundation first introduced the SmileSavers program in 2005. The Foundation works with Hogan Family Dental and Big Sky Smile Center to also offer additional SmileSavers clinic dates to children each year. "Thanks to the continued support of our awesome donors, we're pleased to be expanding the program in 2014 to 14 big clinic days," said HRH Foundation Executive Director Jackie Muri, CFRE, CGPA, MSL. "This is a best-practice program that provides vital services to children in our community."
