Saint Vincent Clinic provides quality primary health care services for uninsured, low-income patients regardless of their ability to pay. The Clinic is known for its commitment to the uninsured poor and for providing access to compassionate and trustworthy care. Saint Vincent Clinic:
- Provides primary health care services for adults with incomes at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty guidelines
- Is the only clinic in Leavenworth County that provides primary health care services to the uninsured poor
- Provides a wide range of services including:
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses
- Ongoing management of chronic diseases
- Referrals for dental, optical and specialized medical care
- Medication assistance
- Has referral arrangements with medical and dental professionals throughout the area who help provide care for patients.
- Helps patients access medication through pharmaceutical company patient assistance programs
- Is a United Way agency (United Way of Leavenworth County)
- Provided 4,624 patient visits during fiscal year 2007
- Provided 84,820 patient visits since it was founded in 1986
