SCL Health and our care sites are committed to making your payment experience convenient and easy. If you have questions regarding your hospital account, please feel free to contact our Customer Service representatives at 1 (866) 665-2636. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or electronic withdrawal from a checking or savings account (eCheck).
We are available to assist Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST. You may also send us a billing inquiry.
Follow these easy steps to pay your bill:
Step 1: Click on the hospital location listed to the right where you received care.
Step 2: You will be linked to that care site's bill pay page - click on green Pay My Hospital Bill button.
Step 3: In the form provided, enter the patient name as it is shown on the statement.
Step 4: Enter the account number from the statement.
Step 5: Complete the payment details and click submit.
Once you submit the completed online form, you will be asked to confirm the information, upon confirmation, you will receive a receipt.

If you have made a credit/debt card payment via this site and it has been found that you are due a refund, SCL Health and our care sites will issue a refund to the original credit/debt card that was used to make the initial payment. All credit/debt card refund requests must be made by contacting the SCL Health Customer Service department at 1 (866) 665-2636.
Refunds may result from the following:
- Overpayment of the account
- Duplicate payment is received
- Additional payment is made by insurance
Note: Please allow 10-14 days for all credit/debit card refunds to appear on the cardholder's statement.
